Once again we had a our annual Christmas cookie bake - me, my mom(Betsy Stevens) and my grandma(Barb Ray). This has been either the 3rd or 4th year we have done this. We make lots of Christmas cookies and goodies and then "package" them up in Christmas tins and give them out to our friends and neighbors. This is such a great tradition - time spent together talking and laughing! Each year there is usually a treat that turns out wonderful and one that "flops" - each goodie we make is unique and made with love! Last year was our "biggest spread" - the most variety. This year we kept it simple. Thanks Mom and Gma - I had a great time baking with you!

Gma was very devoted to the Christmas tree and wreaths!
She paid close attention to detail!
See the wave in the green frosting -
it has dimension, very life-like!
